The IT Services Dashboard provides a monthly 'snapshot' of the key activities undertaken by ITS on behalf of the university as a whole. It focuses on our major areas of activity:

  • IT support and operations including requests for assistance from students and staff, the availability of key systems, the steps we take to ensure those systems remain secure and any service interruptions we've managed.

  • IT developments and enhancements including a summary of the status of projects that have been approved and prioritised via the university's Strategic Programme or Continuous Improvement Boards.
