Linda has always wanted to work in editorial design, and her valuable internship experience in the publishing industry has enabled her to make her mark.
“I’m looking to work primarily within editorial design alongside other skills I hold as a designer. Working for a real magazine published regularly showed me a lot about the world of editorial design and how it differs with each kind of publication.
“I worked on Perfect Wedding, and enjoyed my time but realised that there was little scope for personal creativity within the work which might be given with a smaller publication.
“A couple of months after this internship I did work experience for Bristol based Crack Magazine which I found a lot more suited to my way of working and style.”
