Trips

There is always a variety of trips across the year to suit all tastes and if we receive suggestions for
destinations from Members we try to fit these into the calendar where possible.

• Kent Weekend
  Sat 22 & Sun 23 June
  *Cost: Members £80 Non Members £99
  We still need more bookings for this weekend. This low cost weekend includes entrance to Dover Castle and the Secret Tunnels which is a place not to be missed. We shall also have a few hours in Canterbury and if numbers increase and permit less subsidy to be used then we shall try and slot another stop as well (included in the cost!) on the way back home. The overall cost to the Coach Club for this trip will be in the region of £115 per person (depending on numbers) so you can see what a great price it has been offered to you at! Coach Club is prepared to subsidise this trip and go with a low take up but needs more than already booked to justify such additional spending.

• Easter in Yorkshire
  Sat 29 March Sunday 1 April
  cost: Member £165 Non Members £190
  There are still a couple of places left (subject to hotel rooms of course!) on this weekend. The cost includes visits to Leeds & Sheffield as well as entrance to Newstead Abbey, Temple Newsam House, Thackray Museum & Harewood House. This fully packed ‘long’ weekend is great value for money and we would hate for you to miss out on such a bargain!

*NB: Current fee paying members of the Staff Association will receive a discount on the cost advertised for each trip - please quote Membership Number when booking.

All day trips and weekends are non-profit making with each costed to the minimum and SA Members receive a reduction over non-members.
