Scenery is a collaboration between Simon Morrissey, Mandy Ure and Roy Voss
Scenery is concerned with the exploration and application of colloquial and theoretical interpretations of the term ‘scenery’ to the production and exhibition of contemporary art.
Scenery curate exhibitions, commission new art works, publish new critical writing, organise talks and symposia and support new theoretical research to investigate the relationships between scenery as an idea of landscape, scenery as a notion of theatrical stage set and scenery as a way of describing complex relationships within the manufacture and reading of artworks and exhibitions.
