Registration rates

Conference dinner (Thursday 20 June 2024)	£60 (£50 + VAT)	£60 (£50 + VAT)

The conference fee includes access to the online abstract booklet, tea/coffee breaks, refreshments and lunches during the conference.

*for students/non-profit organisations and for residents in low and middle income countries only.

Any cancellation must be made in writing to researchevents@uwe.ac.uk.

Conference fees

Cancellations before 14 May 2024 will be refunded in full, less a £20 administration fee.
Cancellations made from 15 May 2024 to 28 May 2024 will be 50% refunded, less a £20 administration fee.
Cancellations made from 29 May 2024 will not be eligible for any refund.
