Photocopier and MFD Frequently Asked Questions

Canon MFD is displaying "Online" at the bottom of the screen and will not photocopy or print:

Press the "Options" button and then "Offline" then "Copy".

I want to use the scan to file or scan to email function:

Where do I find the Serial Number on a Canon MFD?

Press the small button labelled '123' and the number is shown at the bottom of the screen.
