tasks and setting yourself deadlines for completing them.

or your tutor for clarification.

Are you finding something particularly difficult? When you've read
what you can, ask fellow students or your tutor for help.

Are other things bothering you, so that you're unable to get on with
your studies? You might wish to discuss this with a student advisor. Postgraduates may also speak to their Programme
Assistant. All students can make an appointment
with a Counsellor
at the Student Services Department.
