Services for All Users When Off Campus
The Library provides a range of services to all users, some of which are particularly relevant to those who are unable to visit the Library.
Accessing the Library’s printed material
Library Support Services provides the following services to help you access printed material held in the Library:
- Book retrieval.
Up to three books can be put aside for you to collect at a later date. - Photocopying.
Library material can be photocopied and posted to you. - Postal loans.
Long loan books can be posted to you.
Renewing books
You can renew your books online or use the 24 hour automated telephone renewals service.
Using electronic resources
Nearly all of the Library’s electronic resources that are available on campus can also be accessed off campus using the UWE eLibrary.
- Many resources require a username and password.
Using other libraries
There are many other libraries that you may be able to use, either for reference or as a borrower.
