Booking DVDs and Videos for Teaching

You can book DVDs and videos in advance for your teaching. We will need to know the details of what is needed and when. There are two ways for booking a video or a DVD.

You can either:

  • Submit your request to Library Staff at the Library Reception desk.
  • Email our Customer Services at: icl.fr@uwe.ac.uk

Please note that:

  • You need to submit your request at least a week in advance.
  • The item will be available for collection a couple of days before your session. Customer Services will put the video on the holds shelf, in the Short Loan collection area (Level 2).
  • If the video is a 3-day loan and is needed for longer than that, please let us know so we can arrange a longer loan period for you as long as nobody places a hold on it.
