Subject: Transition to Outlook Live is complete
The migration of your mailbox from UWE Live Mail to Outlook Live is complete.
Please go to the myUWE portal, or go to https://www.outlook.com/ and use the same username and password to view your e-mail that you used with UWE Live Mail.
For more information about how to use Outlook Live, go to Getting Started with Outlook Web App
If you try to use your old UWE Live Mail mailbox, you’ll be automatically redirected to your new Outlook Live mailbox.
There are four steps you need to do:
- If you’ve set up e-mail forwarding in UWE Live Mail, set it up again in Outlook Live. Learn how at Use Rules to Automatically Forward Messages to Another Account
- If you use Outlook, add your Outlook Live account to Outlook. Learn how at Set Up Outlook 2007, or Set Up Outlook 2010.
- Transfer your calendar information from a Windows Live calendar to the Outlook Live calendar. Learn how at Transfer Calendar Data From a Windows Live Calendar to Outlook or Outlook Web App
- If you’ve created contact categories in UWE Live Mail, set them up in Outlook Live as distribution groups. Learn how at Create a New Distribution Group
