Thin or Thick

There are two types of client available to the user - Thick and Thin
- A Thick client machine has all the commonly used software installed onto the machine. You can save your work to network file storage as well as to the hard disk drives on these machines.
- A Thin client machine relies on the network for all its functionality. The software that the computer uses resides on a remote server. You have to save your work to network file storage.
