When I switched on my PC I got a message saying "Cannot connect to the Citrix Server" ...
This indicates a network problem. It means that your thin client PC cannot make a connection to the Windows 2000 servers. This could be caused by several things.
- Check to make sure that your PC is connected to the network socket properly. The network cable has a transparent telephone-style connector on each end. The connectors have a latching mechanism to stop them being pulled out accidentally, but it's worth checking this anyway.
- If the cable is plugged in properly, try switching your PC off, and then back on again. If you're still getting the problem, please call the IT Support Centre as there may be a problem with the UWE network.
