Staff Printing

I can print to more than one printer, how do I change which one is the Default printer? (Staff with thin client units)

  • Go through the start menu as follows: Start -> Printers
  • Click on the printer that you want to make the default. This will bring up the print queue for that printer.
  • In the print queue window, click on Printer and then on Set as default printer.
  • Once you have done this, if you look in the Printer menu again there should be a small tick to the left of Set as default printer.
