Telecomm Services

The Telecommunications Team is responsible for the maintenance and development of the telephone network and associated systems e.g. voice mail and call queuing. We also produce the monthly call logging reports and deal with equipment purchases such as telephones and fax machines.

To report faults on the network, or for information relating to the status of ongoing jobs, you can contact us through the IT Services Support Centre on extension 123.
