Ulink Terms & Conditions of Travel

  1. One replacement for lost passes will be issued; students and staffwho lose their replacement should contact room 1E20, Frenchay Campus.
  2. Free replacements will be issued for damaged passes, (provided the ID number can be read clearly) from the Students Union.
  3. If UWE finds that any passenger is travelling fraudulently (ie using someone else's pass, or have deliberately altered their pass (eg changing the ID number) this individual will not be sold another pass during that year. drivers have the right to refuse travel indefinitely to passengers who are considered to have acted improperly to UWE or Wessex Connect employees following a disciplinary procedure.
  4. Staff and students need to carry their ID card when travelling (as well as when on campus).
  5. Refunds will be issued only for annual and 3-term passes purchased through the Students Union. This will be at a rate of £5 per week remaining on the pass, minus a £5 administration charge. No refunds for 3-term and annual passes will be given where less than half the value remains on the pass. Therefore the minimum refund for a £249 pass will be £119.
     – 46 week pass: refunds available only until 9 March 2010.
     – annual pass: refunds available only within 6 months of purchase.
