Working together to meet customer needs

As a central hub on Frenchay Campus between F and L blocks, the Reception (room 1D11) is an information point for all visitors, staff, prospective and existing students.

This is the place to get information on courses, accommodation, tourist information and transport. Students can be directed to further advice nearby from Faculties, and services provided by the Centre for Student Affairs and Student Union.

The upper level has been designed as a versatile space for a variety of functions including special lectures, open days, careers fairs, exhibitions, schools visits, as well as the promotion of Students’ Union activities and functions.

The Reception is open during term time from 08:30 to 20:30

and is open out of term time from 08:30 to 17:00.
