Introduction

House Services is committed to achieving the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction for all for its mail activities. To achieve this level of service the Mail Room staff believe that regular input by customers, or their representatives, will resolve any issues that may arise. However, any complaints or comments can be discussed with the Operations Manager on ext 82616.

The main post room for all collections and deliveries is based at the Frenchay Campus, room 1E11. Hours of opening are between 7.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.

All incoming mail (to the post room) will be processed for onward internal delivery within 24 hours (non Bristol sites and week-end deliveries excluded).

All mail is delivered to the post room at Frenchay for onward distribution and to the porter's lodge on satellite sites for delivery.

The portering staff will deliver internal and external mail as agreed with the specific requirements of each Campus.
