The University of the West of England Conference Centre offers a wide range of first class services. Whether you are organising a large scale conference, a hi-tech exhibition or an intimate wedding reception, our team of experienced and dedicated professionals will ensure your event is a resounding success.

Visitors find a lively, attractive and historic city, offering a huge variety of restaurants, museums, art galleries and entertainment, as well as a multitude of sites to see.

Situated on the outskirts of Bristol, UWE is minutes away from the M4, M5 and M32 motorways and just a short walk from Bristol Parkway railway station with London only 90 minutes away by train.

With ample car parking on site, the University’s new Student Village offers nearly 2000 premium rooms. On site staff present 24 hours a day mean you are always sure of a warm welcome and a safe and secure environment with swipe card access to all rooms and buildings.

All rooms are disability discrimination act compliant with many of them being specifically adapted for guests with particular needs.

Your stay at UWE also includes access to the Centre for Sport gym, climbing wall, and squash courts should you wish to wind down.

Able to accommodate groups from 10 to 310, the University has a large range of lecture theatres, teaching rooms and seminar rooms that are available for conferences, corporate meetings and training days. During your event, fire and first aid trained campus staff as well as dedicated Duty Managers will be assigned to look after organisers, while catering staff will also be on hand to serve a range of light refreshments.

We recognise the contribution that quality food and drink can make to the success of a conference. Whether you are considering a full sit down dinner, or a hot and cold buffet with sandwiches and refreshments, we will write menus to suit your particular needs.

Day and night our dedicated hospitality team are available to ensure your event goes smoothly. Weddings, parties, formal dinners and receptions can all be catered for.
