Description of work: Full refurbishment of three teaching rooms. Works include asbestos removal, removal of acoustic sound booths in 4D008, upgrades to mechanical and electrical infrastructure, enhanced thermal performance, AV installation, flooring, ceiling, lighting, decorations and joinery.
