Programme: Construction works to commence on site 27th May 2013, for completion by Friday 13th September 2013.

Description of work: Full refurbishment of all Lecture Theatres. Works will include asbestos removal in 4B031, upgrades to mechanical and electrical infrastructure, enhanced thermal performance of 4B031, new Lecture Theatre seating and worktops, improved AV facilities, new flooring, ceiling, lighting, and decorations.
