Feasibility, Capital Projects and Alterations Team
The Projects Team is responsible for delivering major projects of refurbishment, alterations and new buildings for the University.
The Team is headed up by Doug Smith (Deputy Director of Facilities (Estates)). The Team comprises a small multi-disciplinary team of architectural designers, surveyors, mechanical and electrical services engineers and project managers. We work with the Faculty's and other Service departments developing their initial ideas into full schemes which are then tendered and constructed on site. Currently the Team is working on a range of projects valued at over £20 million.
