Description of work: Full refurbishment of Level 3 E-Block. Works include asbestos removal, demolition of partition walls, upgrades to mechanical and electrical infrastructure, enhanced thermal performance of all rooms, new stud walls, flooring, ceiling, lighting, decorations and joinery.
