Description
Join us for a very special one-off event in collaboration with the Festival of Nature 2024, for the latest in our Bristol Distinguished Address Series. BBC Group's Director of Sustainability, Danielle Mulder, will be in conversation with UWE Bristol’s Professor of Education for Sustainable Development, Georgina Gough, about the BBC’s commitment to the environment, becoming Net Zero and giving back more to the planet than they take out.
This event is part of Festival of Nature 2024, the UK's largest free celebration of the natural world.
About Danielle
Danielle Mulder leads the BBC’s approach to sustainability across operations, programming, and communications and was awarded UK Green Business Leader of the Year in 2023. She has spearheaded the BBC’s “Nature Positive” strategy and will share insights on leadership, environmental sustainability, and the business case for biodiversity. A sustainability expert with more than 20 years' experience at firms including KPMG, Accenture, and Carbon Intelligence, Danielle has worked on global sustainability initiatives including the London 2012 Olympics and the development of the Sydney Metro.
About Georgina
