Breakfast mentoring session
We are delighted to announce we will be hosting a breakfast mentoring session on Wednesday 4 July 2012.
The purpose is to offer students and early career researchers an opportunity to meet with experts in the areas of disfigurement and/or body image research in a relaxed setting to discuss research, practice, publications and career development.
The session will be held on the second day of the conference (Wednesday 4 July 2012) from 8:00-9:15 at a cafe located a short walking distance from the conference venue. As the mentoring session will be very informal, there is no preparation required on your behalf.
You will have the opportunity to purchase breakfast, and tea or coffee before the session if you wish to do so. Following the session, participants will have plenty of time to stroll to the conference venue before proceedings commence.
If you are a student or early career researcher attending the conference and you are interested in taking part in the breakfast please contact us via email with a brief list of your research interests. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
