Poster guidelines

All posters will be on display throughout the entire conference, in part of the area being used for coffee and lunch. This will give delegates plenty of opportunity to view your work.

We ask that you are available to be near your poster in order for delegates to speak to you about your work during one of the lunch time periods.

The presenters of posters must be registered to attend the conference. Please visit the conference registration page for more details and to register your place.

Poster boards will be provided for you to display your poster, however there are no facilities at the venue to print posters, please bring them ready to attach to the display boards. We advise using sticky Velcro pads for fixing your poster to the board.

Before the conference we will provide you with a number which you need to make a note of. This number will indicate on which poster board you should display your poster. Posters will be listed according to their number in the conference programme.

Poster sizes

Recommended poster size: A1 (59 cm x 84 cm)
Maximum poster size: A0 (84 cm x 118 cm; portrait only)
Please see full guidelines on poster size and layout (PDF 11.81KB) for more detailed information.
