Important dates

The following dates may be useful if you are attending or submitting at the conference:

  • 1 March 2012 - Deadline for abstract submissions (oral presentations, symposia, posters presentations and workshops)
  • 14 April 2012 - Deadline for 'Early Bird' Registration
  • 1 May 2012 - Deadline for late poster submissions
  • 18 June 2012 – Deadline for accepted presenters to register
  • 18 June 2012 - Deadline for PowerPoint Presentations (Accepted Oral Presentations only)
  • 3-4 July 2012 - Appearance Matters 5 Conference
