You can also change old-style grey-box questions individually by placing the cursor anywhere inside a grey-box question and choosing Question/Edit from the WCr Tools palette. This will open the question builder dialog box in which you can edit the question data. When you click on the OK button a question table will be inserted into the document.
A limitation of the conversion process is that it will not preserve any images that you have in questions. To deal with this it is necessary to set the question view to extended so that the image is visible, copy the image, edit the question so that it converts to table format, then paste the image into the question table.
