Reflect Room has an open top and is bathed by cloud. At night you can see the stars really well from here - and star gazing is really what this pod is about. - Research Room

Research Room offers guidance and gives you the opportunity to try activities to help[ you to carry out your research.
- Review Room

Review Room has activities and guidance to help you to get to grips with reviewing the literature and writing reviews and the rationale for your research.
- Focus Room

Focus Room is where you will find activities and guidance on finding the focus for your research.
- Meeting Point

Meeting Point is the reception of the research observatory. You can take the lift from here to the other areas of the Research Observatory.
- Communal Area

Communal Area is a place to meet up, chat, chill our or just sit and watch the fish.
Reflect Room
This pod has an open top and is bathed by cloud. At night you can see the stars really well from here - and star gazing is really what this pod is about.
During and after your research, you will need time to chill out, on your own or with friends after you have finished your research project (apart from that holiday!). There is a special corner for meditation in this pod - just sit on one of the cushions in the meditation corner.

Research
This room offers guidance and gives you the opportunity to try activities to help you to carry out your research. In particular it focuses on the types of method you might use, depending upon the nature of your research.

Review Room
This room has activities and guidance to help you to get to grips with reviewing the literature and writing reviews and the rationale for your research.

Focus Room
This room is where you will find activities and guidance on finding the focus for your research. This can be a daunting aspect of research, and one that can take a considerable amount of time. But, if you can develop a clear topic for your project at first you find it much easier to carry out your research and be clearer about what to achieve, and how you could set about achieving it.

Communal Area
This is a place to meet up, chat, chill our or just sit and watch the fish. You can leave notecards here for tutors or students to pick up and send emails to the e-learning team at UWE.
