In ICC training, we work with you to
- raise awareness of what culture is and how it affects behaviour
- examine issues and potential misunderstandings that arise in encounters across cultures in a variety of contexts, including the corporate environment
- enhance your knowledge of your own culture and explore how that influences your behaviour
- provide a better understanding of differences in communication patterns
Effective ICC training can result in
- enhanced performance and better understanding in intercultural encounters
- the potential for improved relationships in such encounters
- an awareness of how business is conducted in different societies and how culture affects ethical considerations and priorities
- an understanding of the effects of culture which fosters tolerance, co-operation and the ability to adapt in different situations
