In ICC training, we work with you to

  • raise awareness of what culture is and how it affects behaviour
  • examine issues and potential misunderstandings that arise in encounters across cultures in a variety of contexts, including the corporate environment
  • enhance your knowledge of your own culture and explore how that influences your behaviour
  • provide a better understanding of differences in communication patterns

Effective ICC training can result in

  • enhanced performance and better understanding in intercultural encounters
  • the potential for improved relationships in such encounters
  • an awareness of how business is conducted in different societies and how culture affects ethical considerations and priorities
