RESULTS The submission of the ESRC End of Award Report in December 2006 marked the completion of the project. Based on the questionnaire and case study evidence, we have identified "10 Steps to Better Practice". We believe these steps have resonance in the local authority LAQM community and this has been reflected back to us by a broad and representative range of local authorities during the 4 regional workshops run to test and review our initial research findings.
