The response to our e-appeal has been fantastic. It could not have come at a better time – we will be using the donations to help students in difficult financial circumstances, who will be starting at UWE this September. Because of the generosity of our alumni, staff and friends, students will be able to reach their potential, regardless of background or circumstance. See the difference a UWE bursary makes. Funds will also go to Where the Need Is Greatest, which is a fund that allows us to respond flexibly and allocate funds where they are most needed at that time – thank you!
We are so close to beating last’s year’s e-appeal record – if you haven’t done so already, please help us change lives and donate £20 to our 20th Anniversary Appeal by September 2012! Remember, every £20 donated in 2012 will be worth £30 to UWE at no extra cost to you, thanks to the generosity of a local charity, which is matching donations by 50%. If you donate using Gift Aid that will increase your donations by an additional 25%, meaning your £20 is worth £37.50.
