- Pre event: Glenside, St. Matts and Bower Ashton campus self-led tours: 11:00 - 13:00
- Main event (Including Frenchay campus tour): 13:00 - 19:00
- Location and travel information (main event): Exhibition and Conference Centre (ECC), Frenchay Campus, UWE, Bristol.
- Cost: Free!
- Other: Car parking was available for this event.
- Partners and families were welcome (maximum 5 per group)

The event programme included:
- 11:00 - 13:00: A chance to tour Glenside, St Matts and Bower Ashton campuses (free transport between campuses provided)
- 13:00: Welcome drinks and exhibition viewing at UWE Frenchay Campus (main event starts)
- 14:00: A welcome from the Vice-Chancellor Professor Steven West
- 14:15: Keynote speaker and world record breaker Richard Noble OBE will discuss his land speed record breaking project 'Bloodhound' and will be bringing the record breaking car.
- 15:00: Customised Frenchay campus tour with your very own guide or discussion with the Vice-Chancellor about the future of UWE
- 16:15: UWE Centre for Performing Arts Big Band will be performing classics from the swing era
- 16:50: Memories from famous graduates - including international athletes, musicians, artists, radio presenters, and entrepreneurs
- 17:30: Food and drink will be provided
- 18:30: Entertainment from a selection of UWE performing arts groups to end the event with a big bang!
Other activities were:
- Video diary room
- Interactive exhibition of university memories with rare footage and archive material
- Developments and achievements from UWE faculties and research institutes
- Discounted UWE/ Bristol Poly memorabilia
- The future of UWE including pioneering work with robots and avatars!
- Networking with successful, notable alumni from a wide range of sectors
- A chance to meet former staff and reconnect with classmates
- A silent auction to raise funds for 20th anniversary bursaries with items such as a Miranda Hart t-shirt signed by the entire "Miranda" cast!
