We all know that student life can be demanding and stressful at times. Switching off and winding down doesn’t come naturally to all of us and sometimes these skills need to be learned and practised.

The relaxation sessions will teach you a number of simple techniques for taking your mind off your worries. Through a series of short relaxation exercises such as deep breathing, visualisation, meditation and muscle relaxation you will learn to relax your body and mind.

We won't be doing anything strenuous but please wear something comfortable.

Everyone is welcome, whether you're a zen master or complete novice, come along and give it a go.
