Building partnerships throughout the world

far+wide

UWE is building partnerships across the world, with links from Vietnam to Virginia.

Our students come from nearly 100 countries worldwide to study here in Bristol. We also offer plenty of opportunities for students to study some of their course in partner universities all over Europe and in the USA.

Our Centre for Intercultural Communication helps break down cultural barriers to enable successful business, social and academic encounters across borders to improve relationships and organisational performance. Global awareness is also an integral part of the UWE Graduate Development programme

Two notable UWE international graduates are Law graduate Teo Nie Ching who recently won a seat in the Malaysia Parliament at the age of 27 and former Built Environment student Dr CY Leung, now an important figurehead in Hong Kong and Pro Chancellor for UWE.
