Register with the Wellbeing Service
Register to access support.
There are two steps to booking your first appointment with the Wellbeing Service.
Step one: register online
First, register with our service using our online registration form. Continue scrolling for detailed instructions about completing the form.

Step two: contact us to book an appointment
Once you have completed the form, please contact us to book an appointment. You do not need to wait to hear from us, however you will receive a text message letting you know that we have received your form and reminding you to contact us to book an appointment.
If you have already registered
If you have registered previously, you do not need to register again. Please call us on +44 (0)117 328 6268 to book an appointment.
If you are unable to call, you can email us to book an appointment but, as we are unable to hold appointments, this may take longer.
How to register

Step 1
- You will need your UWE student username and password.
- User name: If your name was ‘Jane Anna Bloggs’, your username might have the format ‘ja3-bloggs’.
- Password: The password for your username will have been emailed to you when you first started at UWE Bristol, and you will have been asked to change it.
- If you have forgotten your password please contact IT. If you're a new student and wish to discuss wellbeing support before registration, please contact us.
- You will be asked personal details.
- You may want to find a quiet space.
- You will need your UWE student username and password.

Step 2
Please note: You do not need to re-register with the Wellbeing Service each academic year. If you have already registered but your details have changed, please let them know when you book your appointment.
Online
The online registration form, which takes approximately five minutes to complete, is made up of three sections. You don’t have to complete all sections at once – you can come back later to complete the rest. We will securely delete any part-completed forms after seven days of inactivity.
Paper
If you're unable to complete the online registration form, you can submit a paper registration form which you can print out or collect. For security reasons, if you post your form please only include your eight-digit student number and initials and not your full name on the form. Please post or deliver your registration form to:
